I was afraid it might get rocky but the service guy Doug Meixner handled my situation pretty well. I was having a really bad day when I called to check on my vehicle and wasn't really happy when I hung up, but I apologized when I got there and he assured me he understood. I was a little discombobulated because my car had been to service 2 times in 2 weeks and I had only made one payment, but he helped me understand that parts can sometimes be defected. I think everything went very well and my Traverse is doing great and I am happy to have it home with me!!!
