Special Thanks to John and Brandon in the service department. After almost seven weeks GM finally approved a new transmission for my truck instead of waiting longer on a part to come in. Finally back on the road in my own pickup.

10/10 would recommend. I was driving in from Arkansas and my transmission gave out on the highway right outside this dealership. Despite my car being a Ford, they didn't hesitate to take me in and gave me a great quote, rather quickly. I ended up towing my car to a Ford dealership anyway but I would have been happy with the work here.

I have been working with John Montelongo for years now. He treats me like family. He bent over backwards to help me with my Chevy Tahoe. He’s knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I always know I can trust him and he is working my corner. I really felt that way. He helped reduce my stress and listened to my complain. The service was on point. In and out oil changed, tires rotated, car washed and vacuumed out all in 45 min. Explained things that needed to be completed on the next visit gave me the financial numbers for it so I could plan the cost of the next visit. I am still waiting for the GM to call me on my warranty as it has been over 3 months since he told me he’d look into it and call me back.
