The check engine light came on on my wife’s equinox. Since it was the holidays Lakeside told us to come back a week later and when we did they didn’t have a loaner vehicle even tho we had been on the list for a week. I couldn’t leave my wife and 7 month old child without a car for an unknown time, I called Britain and they got us in a loaner and got the car in the shop to be fixed in the time it took me to drive from Lakeside to Britain. Customer service is second to none.

Jimmy Fergson was the only person in the service dept that helped. brand new car 800 miles went to the shop on Dec. 31 got out Jan 13 every time I called to see what was going on same answer we will call you right back not one call until I finally got to talk to jimmy.

I purchased a 2020 Traverse from another dealership on 12/7/19, and 11 days later, a car pulled out in front of me and it was totaled. I returned to the original dealership once the property settlement was reached, but they couldn't provide a suitable replacement, even after "searching" on my behalf. However, I was able to find the EXACT same model with the same features at Britain Chevrolet. I met with Liz Bowman the next morning, and I had my NEW new car within a couple of hours with better financing and lower payments! The website was clear and accurate and made me want to go in person. The inventory was exactly as shown. I was helped from the moment I stepped on the lot. All my questions were answered. All the personnel required to complete the paperwork were available. I had not been in market for new vehicle but accident forced my hand. Scheduled an oil change and recall update for my Silverado. Choose a 730am time slot so I could be first and get done. Arrived on time and truck was taken back for service. After 90 minutes I went looking for the Service Writer to find out what was taking so long. Nobody bothered to tell me that it would take an extra hour to update the software. Over 90 minutes and $65 bucks for an oil change. Think I may go someplace else next time.
