Sales experience was pleasant and we feel we got a good deal on our new SUV and trade-in. Only negative was involving the running boards we purchased. Salesman indicated the car would be ready the next day but it took 2 days. Not really a big deal in that we would not have a problem with 2 days but expectations were set differently.
Service experience was perfect 10. Making the appointment was a 2 experience. I used the chat funtion on the website and the person told me that the service dept was contact me the next day, but no one did. I had to call the dealership, and by that time the weekend slots were already booked up. When I spoke to people, they apologized but no explanation was offered. I ended up having to make an appointment two weeks later.
