Did not vacuum the truck,only washed the driver's side. Did not wipe off oil that was spilled when changing the oil filter.would not document that they checked transmission coolant lines to see if they were rubbing the frame. Per GM's letter. Other than that good job.
Delivered my truck on Wednesday and didn't get it back fixed until the following Monday. The service dept was backlogged and was unable to correct the problem -- reductant tank sensor faulty in a timely manner.
