The team at Britain Chevrolet were effective and efficient in finding me the vehicle I needed. They guided me through the selection, package options, accessories. Gave me advice, not the upsell. It was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. The whole process made me feel like part of the family and that I was going to be taken care of well after I drove off the lot. The finance was a breeze, did a nice bumper to bumper warranty to protect my investment and reduce my risk exposure. Britain Chevrolet is not the largest but definitely the best.
First off, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Second, the work was completed quickly and professionally. I appreciate the use of the loaner car. A of these things were great. The problem I have is that one of the buttons om the keys fob was caved in and broken when we picked it up. It had not been like this. It made it very difficult to use some of the functions. When I asked about this, I simply got "They are known to do this I can you a price for a replacement." I find this troubling. It was not broken when I dropped it off. I would have expected an offer to replace for me but not to pay for it. Sorry, just bugs me a little bit.

I had a 7:30 am appointment, although I called and said I would be a few minutes late, I was there are 7:40. I sat there until around 9:45-10:00 to then be told my issue was that I just needed a battery. I was told that the type of battery most likely couldn't be purchased anywhere else so I figured since I had already been there for so long I might as well just have it done there. I didn't realize the labor charge was going to be almost as much as the battery. I will say that the people in the service department are always very friendly, but I feel the time waiting, even with an appointment, and the charges are not reasonable.
